Maggie is a QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with more than 15 years of experience working with financial records and bookkeeping systems. As Director of Bookkeeping, she focuses on maintaining accurate, organized books that give business owners a clear picture of their financial position. Maggie has supported businesses across multiple industries and has extensive experience cleaning up disorganized books and restoring reliable financial records. She believes bookkeeping should provide clarity and confidence so owners can focus on running their business.
Kimberly Howard – Director of HR & Operations
Kimberly brings a background in education and project management, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and process management. As Director of HR, she oversees the firm’s internal operations and helps ensure our systems run smoothly so we can consistently deliver reliable bookkeeping services to our clients. Her experience managing people and projects plays an important role in maintaining the structure and organization that accurate financial records require.
She also assists with administrative and foundational bookkeeping tasks as the firm continues to grow.
